Our mission is to lead the food revolution and expand the accessibility of local food sources to urban diners, cooks, and students.
We assemble food events in unexpected locations in the city of Chicago. Our seasonal and thematic menus exercise classic culinary techniques and modern improvisation. Our events can be described as collaborative dining; cooks, artists, and volunteers converging to produce a unique experience.
